💳 পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা
- কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক মূল্য অগ্রিম (bKash / Bank Transfer / Online Payment) প্রদান করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।

📦 বিশেষ চার্জ
- নির্দিষ্ট কিছু এলাকায় (যেমন: DOHS, নিরাপত্তা নিয়ন্ত্রিত এলাকা ইত্যাদি) অতিরিক্ত প্রবেশ ফি থাকলে তা গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
⏱️ ডেলিভারি সময়
- সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয় (অবস্থান ও পণ্যের উপর নির্ভরশীল)।
- পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের পর নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
🔄 পণ্য সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা
- স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে বিকল্প পণ্য বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
- ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্স করা যাবে না (Close Box Policy)।
- ডেলিভারির পর পণ্য খোলার সময় ভিডিও ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।
🏠 ডেলিভারি নির্দেশনা
- সাময়িকভাবে বাসার ভিতরে (ফ্ল্যাটে) ডেলিভারি বন্ধ রয়েছে। গ্রাহককে বিল্ডিংয়ের মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
