💳 পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা

কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক মূল্য অগ্রিম (bKash / Bank Transfer / Online Payment) প্রদান করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
২০,০০০ টাকার বেশি মূল্যের পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
কুরিয়ার চার্জ সম্পূর্ণভাবে ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

📦 বিশেষ চার্জ

নির্দিষ্ট কিছু এলাকায় (যেমন: DOHS, নিরাপত্তা নিয়ন্ত্রিত এলাকা ইত্যাদি) অতিরিক্ত প্রবেশ ফি থাকলে তা গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

⏱️ ডেলিভারি সময়

সাধারণত ১–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয় (অবস্থান ও পণ্যের উপর নির্ভরশীল)।
পেমেন্ট কনফার্মেশনের পর নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

🔄 পণ্য সংক্রান্ত নীতিমালা

স্টকে পণ্য না থাকলে গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে বিকল্প পণ্য বা রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্স করা যাবে না (Close Box Policy)।
ডেলিভারির পর পণ্য খোলার সময় ভিডিও ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে।

🏠 ডেলিভারি নির্দেশনা

সাময়িকভাবে বাসার ভিতরে (ফ্ল্যাটে) ডেলিভারি বন্ধ রয়েছে। গ্রাহককে বিল্ডিংয়ের মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

🌍 আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট

আন্তর্জাতিক কার্ডে পেমেন্ট করলে কার্ডের আংশিক নম্বরসহ ছবি এবং পরিচয়পত্র জমা দিতে হবে।
আন্তর্জাতিক কার্ডে EMI সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য নয়।

🎁 অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট

🛍️ স্টোর পিক সুবিধা

⚡ এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি

দুপুর ১১টার আগে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলে একই দিনে ডেলিভারি সম্ভব।
১১টার পরে অর্ডার হলে পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি হবে।
এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য এবং ফ্রি ডেলিভারি অফার প্রযোজ্য নয়।
