   • Permanent removal from the Smart Bazar BD platform

3. Business Verification Documents For seller onboarding, product authenticity, and business verification, all sellers/partners are required to provide valid documents, including:

   • Trade License
   • VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
   • NID / Passport (for individual sellers)
   • Bank account details for payouts

   Failure to submit or keep these documents updated may result in delayed onboarding, restricted access, or hold on payouts.
