1. Delivery Coverage We deliver to all major cities, districts, and upazilas throughout Bangladesh. Delivery to some remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time depending on courier partner availability and logistics conditions.

2. Delivery Timeframes

   • Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 24–48 hours.
   • Outside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 3–5 business days.

   Important Notes:

   • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected during peak seasons (Eid, Puja, major festivals), public holidays, adverse weather, or unexpected disruptions.
   • Time calculation starts from the moment the order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

   • Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 80.
   • Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of BDT 100.

4. Payment & Delivery Method

   • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the entire country.
   • Please have the exact amount ready to hand over to the delivery agent upon arrival.
